1. Where We Ship
Right Way Shop currently delivers across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Peshawar, and surrounding areas.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability and location.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — any active offers will be displayed on our website or communicated via our social media pages.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Right Way Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
