1. Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • A clear photo or video of the issue must be shared with us at the time of raising the request

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
  • Items without original packaging or tags

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at rightwayshop12@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The requested item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The return is approved and the original item has been received back by us

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval and are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.

7. Return Shipping

In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, Right Way Shop will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
